1 lb. of Gunzey’s Hot Sausage (4 sausages), removed from the casings
1 jar of salsa
1 cup cheddar cheese
Toppings - lettuce, cheese, salsa, black olives, and sour cream (optional)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Place wrappers into muffin tins (I normally use two wrappers per cup). Form the wrappers into the the cup of the pan. Brown the sausage. When it is done add half of the jar of salsa, a little at a time (you don’t want the mixture to be too wet). You may not need the entire jar of salsa. After you’ve mixed everything together, put the sausage and salsa mixture into the cups, top with the cheddar cheese and bake for 8 minutes. Top with your desired toppings.
